DS1-C SYNETEK IGNITION BOX 110V KIT REPLACES RAM-1, CDS-1, EPIS-117V, MODEL: DS2140ARC

Description

Please following these steps to determinate the dryer not ignite:
After changed the ignition box but the dryer still not ignite?
*Check the green light on the ignition box is on?
*If green light is not on?
Please check:
1)Air flow switch, replace as necessary
2)Motor rotation sensor, motor is turning but rotation sensor inside motor maybe defective.
3)Motor relay, control the fan motor & drum motor also control the ignition in some models.
4)Computer board, giving signal to the ignition box to ignite, maybe swap with other working dryer.
5)If there is no spark after start the dryer? replace the high voltage spark cable and check all above steps.
6)If there is spark after start the dryer but no flame? check the Gas valve.
7)If the flame on and goes off in seconds? replace the high voltage cable and clean or replace the burner.
8)If there is spark after start the dryer but no flame? check the Gas valve.
