9857-116-003 DEXTER IGNITION CONTROL 24V

Description

Please following these steps to determinate the dryer not ignite:
After changed the ignition box but the dryer still not ignite?
*Check the green light on the ignition box is on? ( original box does not have green light)
*If green light is not on?
Please check:
1)Air flow switch, replace as necessary
2)Computer board, giving signal to the ignition box to ignite, maybe swap with other working dryer.
3)Manual reset thermostat, this thermostat may pop up if overheated,and needs push in reset.
4)If there is no spark after start the dryer? check all above steps.
5)If there is spark after start the dryer but no flame? check the Gas valve.
6)If the flame is on and goes off in seconds? replace the flame sensor or the sensor cable and clean the burner.
